The Opportunity

Level up your operations career as a Senior E-commerce Operations Specialist! We’re looking for an organized and proactive professional to support a top U.S.-based hardware procurement operation. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for global hardware orders, shipping coordination, and vendor communication.


If you enjoy solving complex operational puzzles and ensuring logistics run like clockwork, this is the perfect opportunity. You will play a mission-critical role in managing device lifecycles and ensuring high-stakes hardware deliveries reach their destinations worldwide.


What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

  • Device Logistics & Order Support: Manage day-to-day hardware orders (laptops, monitors, etc.) and coordinate with shipping partners to resolve delivery issues, reroutes, or lost packages.
  • Reporting & Operational Monitoring: Compile vendor reports, validate operational data using Excel/Google Sheets, and monitor dashboards for inconsistencies to ensure a single source of truth.
  • Vendor & Distributor Coordination: Act as the lead liaison to confirm inventory availability and pricing with vendors, ensuring all submissions meet strict deadlines.
  • Catalog & Product Data Management: Maintain the company’s hardware product catalog, updating descriptions, specs, and pricing to ensure 100% data accuracy.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Proactively communicate with internal operations via Slack and Google Workspace to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Problem Resolution: Take ownership of "lost in transit" cases and logistics bottlenecks, providing real-time solutions to maintain operational flow.


What You Bring

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in E-commerce operations, Logistics coordination, or IT/Hardware operations.
  • Logistics Expertise: Proven track record in handling order fulfillment, shipping logistics, and device lifecycle workflows.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (data validation, formulas) and experience navigating complex vendor portals.
  • Communication: Exceptional written communication and the ability to coordinate effectively across international teams.
  • Mindset: A proactive "owner" mindset with the ability to remain calm and effective in time-sensitive, high-pressure situations.
  • Availability: Ability to work U.S. Business Hours (CST / EST).


Bonus Points if:

  • You have experience with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
  • You have previously worked with payment platforms like Stripe.
  • You have specific experience in hardware procurement or IT asset management.
  • You have experience documenting SOPs for logistics and fulfillment workflows.


Salary Range: $8.00 - $9.50/hour (Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirements)
