The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly creative and technical Video Editing/Motion Specialist to lead end-to-end video production for a high-growth brand. This isn't just about cutting clips; it’s about visual storytelling. You will own the process from storyboarding in Figma to high-fidelity motion graphics in After Effects, producing everything from 10-second social sizzles to 2-minute deep-dive product animations. If you are an expert at translating scripts into polished, on-brand motion assets and thrive in a structured, feedback-driven environment, we want to hear from you.


What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

  • End-to-End Production: Lead the motion graphics process, including concept development, storyboarding in Figma, post-production, and final delivery.
  • High-Impact Editing: Produce 2D product animations, case study videos, data visualizations, and podcast interviews using After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • Multi-Format Content: Create polished video content optimized for social, web, and paid media (ranging from <10s clips to 2-minute product videos).
  • Workflow Management: Manage multiple concurrent projects via ClickUp, adhering to strict turnarounds (1–3 days for short-form, 1 week for sizzles).
  • Collaborative Iteration: Partner cross-functionally with design, copy, and product marketing teams, using Frame.io for timestamped feedback loops.
  • Proactive Ownership: Clarify stakeholder input and utilize AI tools to streamline production and elevate video brand standards.


What You Bring

  • Professional Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in video editing and 2D motion graphics.
  • Technical Mastery: Critical expertise in After Effects and Premiere Pro, with proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
  • Storytelling Ability: Proven track record of translating scripts into visual storyboards and compelling motion assets.
  • Process Orientation: Comfort working within structured workflows involving tickets, timelines, and rigorous feedback loops.
  • Strategic Thinking: Deep understanding of video formats for both paid and organic social distribution.
  • Shift Alignment: Ability to work US EST (9 AM – 5 PM) hours to collaborate closely with internal stakeholders.


Bonus Points if:

  • You have experience working in-house for a B2B SaaS or high-growth brand.
  • You are familiar with Frame.io for video collaboration.
  • You have a background in hospitality technology or a similar industry.
  • You possess basic filming and photography skills.

Depending on the client, there are sometimes 2 additional steps:

  • Step 5 15-min Prep Call: We’ve got your back. Before the final round, your Recruiter will hop on a quick call to coach you, share insider tips, and ensure you’re 100% ready.
  • Step 6 Client Interview: You’ll meet the client to discuss how you’ll help them scale and succeed. Bring your metrics and be on your A-game - this is your last chance to make a great first impression!
