The Opportunity

We are seeking a technically-skilled Lifecycle Marketing Operations Assistant (Email, In-App, & Push) to serve as our primary "HTML for email" expert. This is a hands-on execution role responsible for asset development, sophisticated audience segmentation, and rigorous quality assurance across multiple channels, including email, SMS, mobile push, and in-app messaging.


The ideal candidate is more than just a coder; you are a campaign perfectionist. You possess superior attention to detail and the technical fluency in Liquid and HTML/CSS required to deliver pristine campaigns on time. Working closely with our strategists, you will help recommend features and design tests that move the needle on user engagement. What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

  • Campaign Technical Setup: Build and configure multi-channel campaigns within Braze, including complex HTML builds, asset management, and Liquid personalization.
  • Hands-on Execution: Manage the daily operations of email marketing campaigns, ensuring all scheduled sends are optimized and error-free.
  • Audience Segmentation: Implement precise targeting and audience segmentation logic to ensure the right message reaches the right user at the right time.
  • Rigorous QA: Perform comprehensive testing on all campaigns before launch, verifying tracking links, cross-device rendering, and browser compatibility.
  • Omnichannel Support: Provide technical and operational support for push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS workflows.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure all campaign disclosures are accurate and strictly aligned with legal and brand compliance standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with LCM managers to review strategies, provide technical feedback on feasibility, and suggest optimization features.


What You Bring

  • Technical Mastery: High proficiency in HTML/CSS for email and Liquid (Braze/Shopify) for building and editing dynamic content.
  • Platform Experience: Extensive hands-on experience with Braze (strongly preferred), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Oracle Responsys.
  • Marketing Logic: A strong understanding of audience segmentation, targeting logic, and the fundamentals of the customer lifecycle.
  • Project Management: Experience using ClickUp or similar tools to manage tasks and meet strict deadlines.
  • Detail-Oriented Mindset: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on delivering "pristine" work and identifying technical rendering issues early.
  • Logistics: Ability to work consistently within the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.


Bonus Points if:

  • You have direct experience building and launching complex push and in-app messaging campaigns.
  • You have a portfolio of high-performing, mobile-responsive email templates you've built from scratch.
  • You have worked within highly regulated industries requiring strict compliance auditing.
