The Opportunity

We're hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to own the day-to-day execution of our digital marketing channels — LinkedIn, blog repurposing, email marketing, SEO support, social graphics, campaign tracking, and lead-generation content. The ideal candidate is not just a scheduler of posts; they're a strong B2B content marketer who can take a blog post, customer story, sales insight, or founder idea and turn it into high-quality LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, carousels, short videos, landing page copy, and lead magnets — comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment where the goal is simple: grow our audience and generate more qualified conversations with apparel brands.


What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

  • LinkedIn Growth: Own the LinkedIn content calendar and publishing workflow — create and schedule posts for the company page, support founder-led content, repurpose blogs and customer wins into engaging posts, build carousels and short-form visual assets, and engage with target accounts and industry posts.
  • Blog and SEO Repurposing: Turn long-form blog posts into social campaigns, email sequences, summaries, graphics, and downloadable assets — optimize for search intent, internal linking, metadata, and conversion, and surface new blog opportunities based on apparel ecommerce, returns, fit technology, and competitor demand.
  • Email Marketing and Lead Nurture: Build and manage campaigns for prospects, inbound leads, lost opportunities, and customer announcements — write short, direct B2B emails that drive demo bookings and re-engagement, and support newsletter development for ecommerce, marketing, operations, and apparel leaders.
  • Lead Generation Campaigns: Create lead magnets, landing pages, and campaign assets — ROI calculators, fit audit checklists, comparison guides, returns reduction guides — partner with sales on what moves prospects forward, and support retargeting and paid campaign creative as needed.
  • Creative Production: Produce on-brand social graphics, carousels, quote cards, stat graphics, and simple video edits using the brand style guide, and package customer wins and data points into clean, professional marketing assets.
  • Reporting and Optimization: Create weekly marketing performance reports tracking followers, traffic, engagement, leads, and demo requests — recommend what to scale, stop, and test, and maintain a content dashboard with post performance, campaigns, and upcoming priorities.


What You Bring

  • B2B Writing: Strong written English with the ability to produce direct, clear B2B marketing copy across social posts, emails, landing pages, and lead magnets.
  • LinkedIn Experience: Demonstrated experience managing LinkedIn for a B2B SaaS or technology company — page growth, founder-led content, and engagement with target accounts.
  • Content Repurposing & SEO: Ability to break long-form content into social posts, emails, graphics, and short campaigns, with basic SEO fundamentals (keywords, metadata, internal linking, search intent).
  • Marketing Tools: Experience with email marketing platforms, CRM workflows, or marketing automation, plus comfort with Canva, Figma, Adobe Express, or similar tools for branded graphics.
  • Operating Style: Organized and detail-oriented, comfortable working from rough ideas, transcripts, blog posts, and founder notes, and able to manage a weekly content calendar.
  • Performance Mindset: Able to track post and campaign performance and make recommendations based on data.


Bonus Points if:

  • Experience with ecommerce, apparel, retail technology, Shopify, SaaS, AI, or marketing to consumer brands
  • Experience writing LinkedIn posts for founders or executives
  • Experience with HubSpot
  • Experience creating carousels, short videos, or simple motion graphics
  • Experience with GA4, Search Console, LinkedIn analytics, or similar tools
  • Experience turning case studies into sales and marketing assets
